捏麵人

捏麵人是一項非常具有中國民族色彩的傳統技藝，它原名是米雕人，又叫雕工米人，因為材料和語言的關係，在台灣叫它做捏麵人。由於麵人色彩鮮艷可以食用，所以非常受到兒童們的喜愛。

Dough figures making belongs to a long tradition of Chinese folk art. These were originally carved rice sculptures in Taiwan they are called dough figures because of the material they are made out of. Because dough figures are beautifully colored and editable. Children especially love them.
